We believe in slow fashion done right. Every item you order is created just for you—custom printed to your selected size, style, and design. This approach helps reduce waste, protect the planet, and keep costs fair for everyone.

Because each piece is made-to-order, we kindly ask you to review the following policies carefully before placing your order.

📦 Delivery
When will I get my order?
It typically takes 3–7 business days to print and prepare your order. Once fulfilled, shipping times depend on your location:

USA: 3–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

Australia: 2–14 business days

Japan: 4–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
We partner with a trusted print-on-demand company with fulfillment centers around the globe. Your order will ship from the facility best placed to get it to you efficiently.

Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may incur customs or import taxes. These are set by your country’s local customs office and are outside our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more info.

My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
If your estimated delivery date has passed, please try the following first:

Double-check your shipping confirmation email to make sure your delivery address was correct

Check with your local post office

Ask neighbors in case your parcel was left with them

If everything seems correct but your order is still missing, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number.

⚠️ If you entered an incorrect delivery address and the package is returned to us, we can resend it—but additional shipping charges will apply. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays and extra costs.

🛍️ Orders
How are your products made?
All of our items are made-to-order, which means your product is printed specifically for you after you place an order. This reduces overproduction and is more sustainable than mass-produced fashion. It also allows us to offer unique styles without inflated prices.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your item is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch at [your support email].

I received a wrong or damaged item—what now?
We’re sorry! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

A photo of the item

Your order number

A short explanation of the issue

We’ll do everything we can to resolve the problem quickly with a replacement or refund where necessary.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Since all our products are made-to-order (not mass-produced), we do not accept general returns. This helps us reduce waste and environmental impact, and keep prices fair for all customers.

That said, we do offer size exchanges, but ask that customers cover the postage both ways.

If you’d like to exchange for a different size:

Email us within 14 days of receiving your item

The item must be unworn and in original condition

You’ll be responsible for shipping costs to return the item, and for the new shipment

Sizing Tip:
We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide for each product before ordering. If you prefer a looser fit, consider going up a size.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered in cases where:

The item is incorrect

The item is damaged or faulty

Please send us photos and details within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out.

What if I entered the wrong address?
We print and ship based on the exact address entered at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll happily resend it once you’ve covered the new shipping cost. Please double-check your address when ordering to avoid any delays!
